Tulips are a popular flower for spring wedding bouquets and arrangements, but brides need to be aware of their quirks. Daffodils, another springtime flower, excrete a sap that damages tulips, so these two flowers can’t be combined in your bouquet. Another unusual fact about tulips is that they keep on growing after harvest, so get plenty of bouquet photos on your wedding day. The day after your wedding, you may find that your tulips have grown an inch, making your bouquet look floppy.
